A briefing session will be held on July 8 in a hybrid format—on-site at Aobayama Commons (Graduate School of Agricultural Science) and online. We warmly encourage anyone interested to attend.

• Master’s program (2-year program) students in their second year.
• Doctoral course (4-year program) students in their first year enrolling in the Graduate School of Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmaceutical Science.
• Doctoral course (3-year program) students in their first year.
• Doctoral course (4-year program) students in their second year enrolling in the Graduate School of Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmaceutical Science.

1. Students enrolled in the second year of a 2-year course master’s program of the Graduate School of Agricultural Science, Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Arts and Letters, and the International Synchrotron Radiation Innovation Smart Research Center as of October 2025.
   (Applicable for students who started enrolling in April 2024 or October 2024).
2. Students enrolled in the first year of a 4-year doctoral program of the Graduate School of Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmaceutical Science as of October 2025.
3. Students enrolled in the first year of a 3-year doctoral program of the Graduate School of Agricultural Science, Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Arts and Letters, and the International Synchrotron Radiation Innovation Smart Research Center as of October 2025.
4. Students enrolled in the second year of a 4-year doctoral program of the Graduate School of Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmaceutical Science as of October 2025.
