Six departments, including the Graduate School of Arts and Letters, Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacological Science, Synchrotron Radiation Innovation Smart Center, and the Graduate School of Agricultural Science as the center, will be responsible for the education and research activities of GP-Food.
Outstanding researchers from these six departments who are currently engaged in cutting-edge research related to the field of food science will be involved in planning the curriculum, lecture, and quality evaluation as faculty members of GP-Food.
In addition, two assistant professors with a Ph.D. in agricultural science will serve as faculty members who oversee the program and will be responsible for the overall operation and management.
We collaborate with overseas universities and institutions to provide students with the experience of studying and conducting research abroad.
Career support will be provided in collaboration with the Career Support Committee of each graduate school to foster human resources capable of designing the “food of the future” and having an international perspective.
