A total of 21 institutions have concluded academic research agreements with the Graduate School of Agricultural Science, Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Arts and Letters, and the International Synchrotron Radiation Innovation Smart Research Center and have been established as overseas research partners of GP-Food.
This program offers the students a chance to study abroad and pursue research-related activities and training at these overseas research institutes. Support will be provided for students who are conducting these overseas research activities.
Students of GP-Food who are enrolling in the master’s program will be awarded credits for either studying abroad in a research institute overseas, mainly at the GP-Food’s indicated overseas partner institute, or for attending international academic conferences and participating in them by presenting an oral or poster presentation.
Meanwhile, GP-Food students attending a doctoral program must participate in research activities at an overseas center for at least six months and publish at least one original paper in English with researchers from the indicated overseas research institute as co-authors.
